Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
Course Overview
The Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing is a 2-year undergraduate program designed to upgrade the knowledge and skills of General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma holders. It builds upon the skills and competencies acquired at the diploma level.
Eligibility Criteria
- Passed Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary or Intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the university for this purpose.
- Obtained a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and registered as R.N.R.M. with the State Nurses Registration Council.
- Candidate should be medically fit.
- Candidates shall be admitted once in a year.
- In-service candidates should have a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) from the explicit authority.
Admission Process
Admission to the course shall be made according to the rules and regulations of the Statutory Bodies and the University.
